BREAKING NEWS – Danville, Virginia – Vice President Joe Biden receives a thunderous cheer from a predominately African-American crowd, after he stated that Republicans are “Gonna put y’all back in chains”. He was later overheard talking to President Obama on his cell phone, saying “You’re right! As long as I’m in the democratic party, I can get blacks to applaud anything!”
