I recently put in a request with NASCAR to become a professional driver. I told them that I was qualified, because when I lived in Chicago, I was involved in several high speed chases fleeing from the police while driving vehicles that I had stolen. NASCAR turned me down without given me an explanation. (Those lowdown bigots)!!!
