BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Several states that paid millions to set up ObamaCare exchange websites but got error-plagued systems in return are starting to fight back, halting payments to CGI Federal and weighing their legal options. Cheryl Campbell senior vice president of CGI Federal, issued a stern warning to anyone that denies them a single payment, stating in part “That we have preparations for states that try to withhold funds that we feel we’re entitled to, because if they think the website is bad now, we have mechanisms in place to get it even more screwed up!”
