I just bought a brand new laptop and I was having some problems setting it. When I made a call for some assistance, I thought I could get the issues resolved right away, but then I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes. When she finally came back, I was livid! I told her that if she couldn’t give me some simple answers immediately, I’d rather talk to someone who could. She responded very unprofessionally in my opinion, and told me that I was too impatient, and if I didn’t understand the basic functions of a computer, I shouldn’t have bought one. It immediately escalated to the point where I was yelling at her calling her names, and she was doing the exact same thing to me… and then she hung up. I was so angry, that it took me almost an hour to calm down. But after that, I realized that the whole incident was my fault, because I should have called tech support, instead of my girlfriend.
