BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Internal Revenue Service Director of Exempt Organizations Lois Lerner, walks out of a congressional hearing, leaving politicians extremely frustrated. Members of both parties have concluded that she is either a blatant liar, or a complete idiot. When asked if she knew what the numbers “1040” related to, she said she believed they related to the type of oil that goes into the engine of her car. Lerner then went from oil, to gasoline, and then began blaming President Bush for the current IRS scandal.
