BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – The Congressional Black Caucus is currently proposing a bill that would make it a hate crime, if a person publicly criticizes someone outside of their race at anytime and for any reason. They also want to immediately get a similar law passed that would make it a federal crime for an individual to make a negative comment about a sitting president. The CBC concluded by collectively stating that if they are successful, they would consider abolishing it in 2016, depending on whether a republican or democrat gets elected.
Are you serious? Why not worry about better things at hand than this? Is our government that stupid and arrogant at the same time to be worrying about this crap its almost as if they are throwing stupid things at americans to distract us from them passing other laws.

NOBODY can pass a law that contradicts the Constitution OR the Bill of Rights. That would take an an act of Congress and the United States would have to Vote on it.
