BREAKING NEWS – New York City – Actress and liberal activist Susan Sarandon slammed Ronald Reagan and blamed him for America’s homeless problem during her appearance on “Tavis Smiley” on PBS. Promoting her son’s documentary about homelessness, Sarandon was asked if the homeless issue was still on the nation’s “radar for discussion.” She explained that Reagan was not a smart man, because if he was, he could have easily found a solution. “For example, where I currently live, we have resolved the homeless problem”, said Sarandon. “I have asked all of my surrounding neighbors, and not one of them including myself has ever seen any people that are destitute, wandering aimlessly in front of our mansions inside our gated community.”
