BREAKING NEWS – Atlanta, Georgia – Beverly Hall, the former superintendent of Atlanta Public Schools, and 35 other educators have been indicted by a Fulton County grand jury in a cheating scandal that involved large, unexplained test score gains in some Atlanta schools back in 2011. All of them maintain the position that they felt compelled to pass the students based on crime statistics. They explained that if a student becomes a high school dropout, it is very likely they will eventually be involved in illegal activities, because they won’t know the importance of having honesty and integrity.
