BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D. C. – During a congressional hearing, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder states that he has no problem with California’s plan to change assembly bill 1401, so it would allow “non-citizens” to serve on jury duty for civil and criminal trials. He explained by saying, “that just because a person is in this country illegally, doesn’t mean that they don’t understand American laws”.
