BREAKING NEWS – Philadelphia,Pennsylvania – While speaking at the National Urban League’s annual conference, Jesse Jackson announces that he is extremely disappointed in the black community leaders in Chicago regarding the highest murder rate in America. Jackson explained that he is frustrated that none of them so far has approached him with some creative ideas, on how to blame the daily carnage of young blacks killing each other, on white people.
