BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – The ACLU and Amnesty International are now accusing the federal government of secretly issuing permits for people to go out on “witch hunts”. Both organizations want laws passed that gives witches the same level of protection as bald eagles. They also want it to be declared illegal to shoot at them when they are in flight on their brooms, no matter how eerie or irritating their cackling laugh sounds.
