BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – The ACLU files a class action lawsuit against hundreds of hospitals, arguing that pediatricians have to treat adults as well as children, or they can be sued for age discrimination. Also in the court papers, they are strongly encouraging pediatricians to always have in their offices a large assortment of lollipops to be given to grown-ups after each and every visit, providing that they aren’t cranky or use profanity during their examination.
