BREAKING NEWS – Chicago, Illinois – A very unusual crime spree continues throughout the Windy City because of the combination of snowstorms and homeless citizens. Police Chief Garry McCarthy announces that they have made hundreds arrests of destitute people that were caught stealing salt off of sidewalks, that was used to season the food that was taken from garbage cans.
