BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – After a man was bitten by a shark in the waters of Manhattan Beach in California, the Congressional Black Caucus demands to know why there has never been a record of an African-American being attacked by a great white shark. Congresswoman Barbara Lee is demanding a thorough investigation, and stated that, “on the surface, this appears to be a clear case of oceanic racism”.
