BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – The ACLU is now representing several Muslim organizations in a lawsuit against the federal government, requesting to abolish the TSA. Court documents reflect that one of the arguments is, the FAA has no right to search anyone for any reason, confiscate personal property, or put anyone on a “no fly list”. President Susan Herman summarized their legal briefs by saying, “that if screening passengers that were boarding commercial airplanes was so important, the founding fathers would have mentioned it when it they ratified the Constitution in 1787.”
