BREAKING NEWS – Los Angeles, California – Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ronald Coen says he almost ordered Marion “Suge” Knight forcibly removed from his downtown Los Angeles cell for an upcoming hearing. But he instead delayed the proceedings to coincide with a Friday hearing in Knight’s murder case. His attorney Matthew Fletcher, came up with an unprecedented argument, that only the warden had the authority to have Knight removed, but only after a 30 day eviction notice and his security deposit was refunded. Judge Coen is currently considering having his attorney disbarred, but first he wanted to hear the opinions of Fletcher’s doctors, after he remanded him to a nearby mental health institution.
