BREAKING NEWS – Pyongyang, North Korea – North Korea is turning its clocks back 30 minutes to create a new time zone called “Pyongyang time.” The isolated nation’s Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) announced the change Thursday. The clocks will be turned back half an hour on Aug. 15, which marks the 70th anniversary of the country’s liberation from Japanese rule at the end of World War II. North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un also plans to turn back the year to 1903 before the Wright Brothers first flight, to prove everyone in his nation that his country is much more advanced in aeronautical technology than the United States.
