BREAKING NEWS – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – A spokesman for Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is refusing to offer a comment on her apparent confusion in kicking off the Democratic National Convention. Many people in the large crowd were literally scratching their heads, as Rawlings-Blake got frustrated after she couldn’t find any “buttons” on the gavel that she assumed was a remote control, when she wanted to change channels on the teleprompter.
