BREAKING NEWS – San Francisco, California – Bill Johnson, executive director of the National Association of Police Organizations, blasted Colin Kaepernick and the NFL after learning that during training camp practices in August, the San Francisco 49ers quarterback wore socks that bear the image of cartoon pigs wearing police hats. Kaepernick later explained that his socks were a compliment to law enforcement, not an insult. He stated that he was praising cops with his “pig socks”, because his records reflect that law enforcement have a very good relationship with African-American farmers.
