BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – The ACLU is now saying burglars can sue homeowners, if the thieves are filmed by security cameras as they gather property after the break-in. “We feel that the homeowner is 100% liable,” explained the ACLU. “If the person or persons that entered the house thoroughly cased it first, then they had a reasonable expectation of privacy.”
