BREAKING NEWS – Billings, Montana – A group of wild stallions were questioned and detained by the police after receiving countless complaints that they were constantly trespassing. Because they were repeat offenders and the jails were overcrowded, the judge order them to wear ankle monitors and had them put under horse arrest.
