BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg allegedly recently attended a concert called, “Notorious RBG in Song” in Washington, D.C., marking her first public appearance since undergoing lung cancer surgery last December.
