BREAKING NEWS – New York City, New York – New York Times reporter Nikole Hannah-Jones said the American people will not “willfully” work to confront the “anti-Blackness” in society, said that they have been “taught the history of a country that does not exist.”
“I think that we are in a very frightening time,” Hannah-Jones told AP, referencing the standing of American democracy. “People who are much, much smarter than me, who have studied this much, much longer than I have are ringing the alarm. And they, as well as myself, does not believe there is such a thing as the ‘United States’. We believe this land is still owned by Great Britain, and there is not fifty states, but still thirteen colonies that expanded a little bit. I have also tried to warn Native Americans that the white man plans on taking away their casinos, tearing them down, dividing the land into small parcels, and selling them to sharecroppers.”
