BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Rep. Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y., has been charged for allegedly pulling a fire alarm in a House of Representatives building ahead of a critical vote last month to avert a government shutdown.
Bowman was charged with falsely pulling a fire alarm and is scheduled to be arraigned.
“I am not concerned about my arraignment,” explained Bowman at a press conference. “Because if I notice that they have a fire alarm in the courtroom, I’ll shutdown those proceedings too.”
