BREAKING NEWS – Los Angeles, California – Any potential nondisclosure agreements between Sean “Diddy” Combs and his accusers, or anyone else in his orbit who may have witnessed alleged wrongdoing, would not prevent any of them from speaking with federal investigators eyeing the hip-hop mogul in a sex-trafficking investigation, legal experts say.
“They aren’t bound by anything, so they can sing like a canary,” said David Gelman, a New Jersey-based defense attorney and former prosecutor who is following the case. “They can speak because NDAs don’t cover illegal activities.”
Combs’ high-powered lawyer Jeffrey Lichtman didn’t pull any punches in regards to the nondisclosure agreements between Sean “Diddy” Combs and his accusers. “My client paid top dollar to shut these people up, and now the feds are going to allow them to talk about some of the vile disgusting things he did? This is unfair!” his attorney exclaimed. “But I’ll have you know that I am more than prepared for this. I’ll have my client allege that there was never any rape or sex trafficking, but instead it was consensual molestation. And once he says that, that will easily enhance his eventual insanity plea!”
