BREAKING NEWS – Timmonsville, South Carolina – The small town easily passed an ordinance to ban sagging pants, a clothing style that could result in a fine of several hundred dollars. Some of the wording includes:
(c) display the flesh of one’s rear-end, behind, or backside during stationary or movement within the city limits;
(d) wear pants, trousers, or shorts such that the known undergarments are intentional displayed/exposed to the public.
The ACLU stated that they plan on challenging this new law in court, because “it denies young males of all races their constitutionally protected freedom of expression, that allows them to show the world their nasty underwear.”
