BREAKING NEWS – Englewood, Colorado – Disgraced former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle imprisoned for child pornography and sex abuse, is suing the parents of one of his victims saying they are at fault for the girl’s “destructive behaviors”. The victim was a subject in some of the child pornography in Jared Fogle’s criminal case and she filed a lawsuit against him in seeking monetary damages for, among other things, personal injury and emotional distress. According to the court documents filed by Fogle, “The parents of the underage girl, were reckless in not monitoring her activities on the internet. They should’ve known that predators like me are constantly looking for vulnerable victims. Her being easily manipulated by someone of my low moral character, clearly proves that her father and mother are not fit to be guardians, and neither are the parents of hundreds of other preteen girls that I relentlessly pursued.” There are parental controls that parents can set up on browsers to stop their children from visiting sites that they do not wish them to or do not see appropriate for there age such as www.fulltube.xxx or other pornography sites as they should be aged 18 or older to access them, however it is very difficult to control chat rooms or in-game chat rooms especially when these games are made for children, the majority of the chat rooms are moderated and certain words are removed if typed into the chat window, that being said there are pedophiles out there that will catfish children by pretending to be other children or teens in order to connect with them, making it nearly impossible to protect your child at all times online, the only sure way to protect a child is to stop them from going online completely but that is simply punishing the child for the behavior of the pedophiles.
