BREAKING NEWS – North Carolina Superior Court Judge Arnold Ogden Jones II has been convicted of bribery after he allegedly offered a case of Bud Light and $100 to an officer in exchange for text messages from his wife’s cellphone because he suspected she was cheating on him. His defense attorney Geoff Hulse believes the jury got it wrong, and stated after the verdict, “My client did not offer a bribe. He was simply telling the cop the importance of getting a colonoscopy that costs about $100, and the doctor doing the procedure will probably use a butt light.”
