BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Vice President Joe Biden, is now stating that when it was reported that he said to room full of predominately blacks, that the republicans are “gonna put yall back in chains”, that he was misquoted. Biden is now stating, what he really said was republicans “is gonna put yall back on trains”. He explained he was just saying that he felt African-Americans should start using Amtrak more often for their traveling needs, so they can enjoy viewing many of the beautiful United States landscapes.
