BREAKING NEWS – Miami, Florida – The NAACP is now challenging the request by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, for LeBron James to not wear a black mask to protect his nose that was recently broken in a game. They allege that the request appear to have some racial overtones and James should be able to wear any color mask he wants because no rules prohibit it. When asked if white players with the same type of injury should be allowed to wear the same type of mask that is white, the NAACP responded “Absolutely not! Because that gesture would suggest they would be indirectly endorsing the KKK”.
