BREAKING NEWS – Chicago, Illinois – Mayor Rahm Emanuel has promised a ticker tape parade for the Little League team from Chicago that made it to the World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and is currently trying to determine the best place in the sky to have it filmed. He said he wanted to make his decision based on some footage of a parade from the last time the Cubs won the World Series in 1908, but the film was grainy and of poor quality, because motion pictures were relatively new and airplanes had only been around for five years.
