About two years ago, I was really surprised when the young couple next door decided to have a baby because they always struck me as being very irresponsible. And only after the baby was just a couple of weeks old, they told me that they were sick and tired of changing diapers. I gave them some advice and some info on the matter and that seemed to have appeased them. Yesterday when I stopped by their house, they explained to me that what I told them didn’t help one bit. To prove it, they pointed to their son who was wearing a dirty diaper while dancing in the middle of the floor, and the only time he would stop was when he wanted to play a different song. That’s when I realized that the couple misunderstood what I said, and they had their son “party-trained”. Idiots!
