BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Once again Maxine Waters introduces a theory that raised more than a few eyebrows. She stated that she now believes the confederate statues in southern states are responsible for the record number of blacks being murdered in Chicago and Baltimore. Waters said she spoke to a witness that was sleeping on a park bench, and he told her that he saw several statues jump off their pedestals in the middle of the night heading for both cities, and then return shortly before daybreak. She concluded by saying “the man would’ve give me even more details, but he became disoriented as he finished his bottle of whiskey.”
