Or (C) Promptly give them a pay raise, encouraging them to buy a new home, car, etc. And after they make the purchases, reduce their salary by 80%.

COMMENTARY: I wouldn’t probably do any of the three. If it was in a tall enough building (preferably a skyscraper of at least 50 stories) I’d push him out of a window and try to make it look like an accident.
