BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Many political pundits believe that DNC Chair Tom Perez, has indirectly admitted that Joe Biden has at the very least, the early signs of dementia. After Biden acknowledged that he has every intention of nominating a woman as vice president, an email was leaked by Perez in which he stated, “I am going to encourage Joe Biden to pick a woman to be on his ticket. And I hope it’ll either be an experienced nurse, or a qualified in home caregiver that knows how to locate clients that wander outside their own residents, and are often later found next door irritating neighbors asking them for directions home.”
