I recently saw the video, “An Inconvenient Truth” narrated by Al Gore. Is global warming real? I cannot count the sleepless nights I’ve had, tossing and turning over this issue.

Dear Joan,
I’ve heard arguments on both sides of this issue. I know there’s nothing much to do in Canada, and I’m guessing your concern stems from your legal obligation to be a hockey fan in that frozen wasteland you call a country. Al Gore, who has been pushing this global warming nonsense for years, has been repeatedly proven as a greedy, lying, hypocrite, which is acceptable in U.S. politics, but unethical in science. And I hope you don’t have a crush on that moron, unless you find men physically attractive that over the years appear to turn into a beach ball. Because if that’s the case, I would suggest you stick to dating the beer guzzling, back bacon eating losers from your frigid nation. If you would like to ask him some questions in person, there are millions of people in this country that would love to ship him to you… preferably in the center of a one ton block of ice.
