Dear Blake,
I have a three year old son that regularly tells adults to shut up. This includes me, my husband, bank tellers, a cop that was giving me a speeding ticket, and last Sunday it was to our pastor while he was giving the sermon What should I do?
Signed, Andora

Dear Andora,
I see your dilemma, and I’ve given this a lot of thought. Maybe the reason why your son tells you and your husband to shut up, is because you both never talk about anything interesting. Maybe your son thought the bank teller short changed you. Maybe your son knew that the cop’s radar malfunctioned and was improperly giving you a ticket. Maybe your son felt that pastor was misquoting a scripture from the bible. But if you want to break him of this habit, here’s a solution. I did some research and found out that the highest concentration of Gray Wolves in the United States happens to be where you live, Wisconsin. Show your son these stats while taking him to an isolated part of a dense forest. Right before you and your husband take off running and leaving him there, tell that little brat that hungry wolves do not like being told when they can and cannot speak. Don’t get me wrong, because I am not saying permanently abandon your child. Go back and get him… before winter, or at least drop off a jacket. I hope this helps.
