Dear Blake,
I have a question regarding dreams. To my knowledge, when most people wake up they say they didn’t dream about anything but only had a good night’s sleep. Me on the other hand, I always have very vivid dreams every single night. My question is, does dreams really mean anything? If they do could you give me an idea what certain dreams can mean?

Dear Maurice,
Dreams always mean something if you know how to interpret them. Every morning when you wake up, the first thing you should do is write down what you remember, unless you have some bed wetting issues, and in that case make it the second thing. Anyway, dreams about water means either you don’t bathe enough or a loved one is regularly fantasizing about drowning you. Dreams about flying means you are more than likely suppressing a desire to hijack a commercial jet, and later swapping the passengers for cash. People have romantic passionate dreams to compensate for the fact that they have something about their personalities that others consider really undesirable, and only in an alternative world would the opposite sex come anywhere near them. Nightmares can also be beneficial because they can give you some creative ideas on how to get even with someone that has wronged you. To confirm this, you can visit any prison, and the inmates there will tell you about some of theirs that they had, right before they were arrested. I hope this helps.
