BREAKING NEWS – Newark, New Jersey – The Port Authority that operates airports in New York and New Jersey, plans to impose severe penalties against passengers that refuse to turn off their electronic devices. The FAA is presently trying to determine if the airlines will be breaking any laws with their new policy, that allows them to kick repeated violators off the plane while it’s in flight. But they did say the airlines were within their rights to only offer parachutes to evicted passengers in first class.
