BREAKING NEWS – Petaluma, California – Mugly, a Chinese crested dog owned by Bev Nicholson of Peterborough, England, won the title of “World’s Ugliest Dog 2012” at the Sonoma-Marin Fair. Owners of other competing dogs complained that Mugly had an unfair advantage, citing that because it was from Great Britain, the judges automatically knew that it also had bad teeth.
