BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – It appears that Congress, which currently has the lowest approval rating in U.S. history, has broken another promise that has angered voters from both parties. All members initially agreed to take a GED exam and I.Q. test, but later changed their mind after being told it would be done publicly, graded on the spot, so that they could immediately be praised or ridiculed by their constituents.
