BREAKING NEWS – Novo Mesto, Slovenia – Two doctors are seen dressed up as clowns to entertain patients that were admitted to a local hospital. The medical board emphatically welcomed how this innovative idea calmed down the new arrivals. However, due to several malpractice lawsuits, they no longer allowed surgeons dressed up as clowns to clean gunshot wounds, by using the water that squirted from a big flower that they were wearing on their shirts.
