BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – As North Korea continues to test their nuclear capability, U.S. Ambassador Susan Rice reiterates that she should be the Secretary of State and not John Kerry. Even though Rice did not say that Kerry isn’t qualified to do the job, she explained that her last name makes her uniquely qualified to deal with conflicts in Asia.
