BREAKING NEWS – New York City, New York – PETA, the ACLU, and the AKC are now objecting to the latest crime fighting tactic by the NYPD, which involves searching suspicious looking dogs on the streets that may be carrying concealed weapons and/or drugs. This new implementation by local law enforcement is based on their recently created policy called “Stop and Friskie”.
