BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – The Congressional Black Caucus announces that they are drafting legislation that would allow African-American baseball players immunity from suspensions by Major League Baseball for using performing enhancing drugs. The CBC is stating that because African-Americans were not allowed to play MLB until 1947, “they should be allowed to use banned substances to compensate for the previous discrimination, until a yet to be determined panel decides that the scales are now balanced”.
