BREAKING NEWS – Manitou Springs, Colorado – Water shoots out of a sewer as storms continued to dump rain in Colorado. The initial conclusion drawn by FEMA, local civil engineers, and a team of scientists flown in from out of state to analyze the problem, is that the bacteria filled geyser smells pretty awful, but they said they will review opposing opinions.
