BREAKING NEWS – Stockholm, Sweden – As the prison population spirals out of control in the United States, Sweden finds itself with an interesting and opposite predicament: it has too many prisons and not enough prisoners. For this reason, investors of the privately owned prisons that are trying to avoid having some of their correctional centers shut down, are currently offering medical benefits, moving costs, and other perks to some of America’s inner city gangs if they’ll relocate to the Scandinavian country.
