BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – For the first time in decades, residents that live in the nation’s capital are praising both parties in Congress. Due to the continued hot air emitted from the House of Representatives, it not only countered the Arctic blast from the polar vortex, but the politicians made it warm enough in the city for flowers to start to bloom.
