BREAKING NEWS – Chicago, Illinois – After an 18 month study, the American Psychiatric Association has concluded that since the creation of “Twitter” the human race is gradually being “dumbed down” by losing the use of basic oral communications skills. The A.P.A. also predicted that in about 100 years if Twitter still exists, the majority of the people that use it regularly will probably have a brain comparable to a bird.
