BREAKING NEWS – Plains, Georgia – The New York Daily News has reported that Jimmy Carter says President Obama is the first President that never calls him for advice. However when pressed, Carter said all of the other former call him regularly, but they always hang up immediately after he answers, along with some sarcastic maniacal laughter in the background.
